Legislative Impact ‘23 & ‘24
Below is a photo of the 1,430-page last bill that passed in the final chaotic hours of the ‘23-’24 Minnesota Legislative session. At the time of the vote, there was not a physical copy, nor a digital copy, available to all Legislators.
If you are a voter in Minnesota, do you know what passed into law as a result of your vote in 2022?
Perhaps you’ve voted Democrat all your life, but don’t really pay attention to what your elected officials are passing into law with the power of your vote. Below is a highlight list of what passed into law in Minnesota under a Democrat Trifecta.
Does this list represent your values?
Perhaps you’re a Republican who has lost such confidence in our elections that you didn’t even vote. Perhaps you’re a Christian who doesn’t really pay attention to politics, or who has given up hope for society, so you didn’t even cast a vote.
Below is the weight of your vote, the consequence of your silence and inaction.
This list is just the tip of the iceberg of what passed in Minnesota because of a ONE SEAT MAJORITY in the Senate. That one seat was won by only ONLY 321 VOTES… Because this one vote in the Minnesota Senate, all of the following — and more — was passed into law.
Don’t let anyone ever tell you that your vote doesn’t count!
We all need to feel the weight of our vote…
Legislative Impact – 2023-2024
Agenda Passed Under a One-Party Trifecta
1. Unlimited abortion up until birth legalized for any reason, even for minors. Since this change in law, abortions in MN have risen by 20% in 2022 and approximately by 40% in 2023.
2. Life-preserving protections were stripped away from infants born alive, and an attempt was made to legalize physician assisted suicide.
3. Conversion Therapy banned and right to so called “Gender Affirming Care” established, even for minors. State authorized to seize emergency custody of children whose parents are not supportive. Since this change in law, demand for G.A.C. in MN has risen by 30%.
4. Included Pedophilia as a protected class and legalized the use of Marijuana.
5. New teacher licensing standards and mandated K-12 ethnic studies require teachers to implement critical race and gender theories – teaching that whites are oppressors, persons of color are oppressed, and affirming all gender identities and sexual orientations.
6. 2040 Carbon Energy Ban – MN’s electric grid must be 100% carbon free by 2040, forcing us to rely on solar & wind energy, raising electricity prices & causing rolling blackouts.
7. $17.5 billion tax surplus spent! State budget increased by 40%! Increased taxes & fraud reports!
8. Tax-payer subsidized driver’s licenses, health care & college education for illegal immigrants, in addition to covering costs for hotel rooms and groceries.
9. Unfunded mandates that will bankrupt school districts and strap burdensome taxes on employers and employees to fund the newly required Paid Family Leave Program.
10. Elections – provisional ballots rejected; new automatic voter registration when using any social service; college pop up polling places; felons and homeless persons can now vote.
11. Stricter laws and punishments for law abiding citizens while lightening sentences for criminals. 2nd amendment red flag laws and universal background checks. Ban on straw purchases and binary triggers. Hate Speech Registry established.
12. ATTENTION! – almost passed – Equal Rights Amendment – proposed language will add abortion rights and gender identity rights, while DELETING RELIGIOUS LIBERTY! WARNING! This will pass next year if the Trifecta is retained!

It is a sacred privilege in a free country to be able to cast a vote – to be able to help choose our leaders. If you are a Christian, casting your vote to for candidates who will better support biblical values is the simplest way you can bring the salt and light of Christ to bear on our local, state, and national government.
Commit to NEVER take the privilege of your vote for granted again.
