National Day of Prayer on Thursday - Plus Take Action To Preserve the Integrity of the Senate!
-- We want Lawmakers, not Lawbreakers!
Take action to preserve the integrity of the Minnesota Senate!
The actions of Senator Mitchell, who has been arrested and charged with a felony of first-degree burglary, has violated the Senate’s own rules and brought shame and disrepute to the Minnesota Senate.
On Monday, Senate Republicans made motions to prevent Senator Mitchell from voting until after an investigation is complete, but Senate Democrats BLOCKED these motions. Ironically — not only was Senator Mitchell PRESENT in the Senate, but she actually also VOTED on these motions related to her own ability to vote — which is completely illogical and a profound CONFLICT of INTEREST!
Ironically, it was Senator Mitchell’s own vote that blocked these motions that would have prevented her from voting for the duration of the legislative session.
Senator Mitchell’s vote will continue to be the determining factor in passing into law all the extreme legislation that the Democrats are pushing this session including:
ERA Constitutional Amendment — adds in abortion up until birth rights, gender identity rights, strips out creed and religion. SF 37 & HF 173.
Daycare Discrimination Bill — allows daycare providers to deny care to children with conscientious objections to vaccines. SF 4699 & HF 4571.
Wombs & Babies for Sale Bill — allows surrogates to sell babies for profit anywhere in the world. HF 3567 & SF 3504.
Legalized Physician Assisted Suicide — End-of-Life Option Act (H.F. 1930 / S.F. 1813).
If the Democrat Trifecta loses Mitchell’s vote, it places the Senate at a 33-33 stalemate for the remainder of the legislative session!
This means that Republicans in the Senate could BLOCK any further harmful legislation from passing in 2024!
The bottom line is that no one who has broken our laws and betrayed the public trust should be allowed to vote!!
