Moms for Liberty Lawsuit Breakthrough against Title IX Changes!
There have been several court cases around the nation against the Biden Department of Education changes to Title IX. They made unconstitutional changes to the definition of sex — which means male or female — to also include gender fluid ideologies and policies.
If it goes into effect, the beliefs, speech, and practices of children & families who believe in two biological sexes — male & female — will be greatly compromised. These changes will impact freedom of religion, freedom of speech in the classroom, as well as bathroom, locker room and sports team policies, etc.
HOWEVER — there was a recent breakthrough in a federal court in a lawsuit brought in part by the organization Moms for Liberty. The ruling gives protection to all the plaintiffs — including ANYONE who is a MEMBER of MOMS for LIBERTY!!
This is HUGE! It means that if you are a member of Moms for Liberty, your children will be protected from these gender fluid policies in their school!
