Holy Week Display Honoring Christ in the Capitol!
“But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing, to one a fragrance from death to death, to the other a fragrance from life to life.” II Corinthians 2:14-16
Today I was thrilled and honored to set up a Holy Week display inside the Capitol! (It’s located in the East hallway on the ground level). It highlights a cross that my husband and two oldest sons built, plus a table display highlighting events during the Holy Week, from Palm Sunday through the Resurrection.
This display was a collaborative effort! I want to highlight and thank all the Christian friends who helped form the inspiration for this display and who helped to create, gather, and set up the materials to make the vision for it a reality. God is our ultimate inspiration and I am grateful for how his Holy Spirit weaves together all our efforts!
During worship this past Sunday, God put on my heart that this display will bring both a BLESSING and a CLEANSING to our State Capitol.

I highly encourage you to take advantage of visiting this display and welcome you to gather around it to pray for Minnesota! This Holy Week display will be up from now through Monday, April 28th, in the ground level East hallway. The Capitol is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Sundays the Capitol is closed.
