Biblical Values Fact Sheet
Statistics show that only 25% of Evangelical Christians vote. Of those who do vote, only half of them — only 12.5% — vote according to Biblical values.
If we truly want to make our vote count towards righteousness, then it is critical that we research the candidates, find out where they stand on the issues and compare it to what the Bible says.
In Luke 11:23, Jesus says: “Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.” Is the way in which you vote advancing the will of God on earth, or the enemy’s agenda?
“Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” Psalms 119:105.
Dear Reader, are you allowing the lamp of God’s word to guide your vote?
The reality is that we are living in a post-Christian world. Principles that are flat out contrary to God’s Word have crept into education, politics, and yes even the Church. These cultural winds of change have been driving the political party’s platforms farther from the foundation of truth in God’s Word.
This is why it is critical for us to all take a step back and remind ourselves of the big picture of God’s truth. Let us review the Biblical Standard, then compare it to the platform of each party below.
Biblical Standard
Life – Life is a Gift of God from Conception. Psalms 139:13-16 – We are fearfully & wonderfully made by God in the womb. Jeremiah 1:4-5.
Biological Sex – Male & Female created in God’s Image. Genesis 1:26-27. Equal in Value, Galatians 3:28. Unique in Roles, Ephesians 5:21-33.
Marriage – 1 Man + 1 Woman for a lifetime. Genesis 2:18-25, Ephesians 5:31-32. Promotes purity, abstinence, and marital fidelity. Proverbs 5:15-21, I Corinthians 6:18-20.
Race – There is one human race. Acts 17:26. God judges by the heart, not the outward appearance. I Samuel 16:7. Sin is the cause of oppression that only Jesus Christ can save us from. Romans 3:23-24
Government – Authority comes from God to punish wrongdoers and protect those who do right. Romans 13:1-7
Republican Party Position
Life – Protects Life. Opposes Abortion & Physician Assisted Suicide.
Biological Sex – Upholds biblical and biological reality. There are only two sexes determined at birth: male & female.
Marriage – Supports the traditional institution of marriage and the nuclear family. Supports Parental Rights. Opposes pornography, sexually explicit or perverse education.
Race – The Party was founded to abolish slavery. Does not discriminate based on skin color. Prioritizes equal opportunity for all and merit-based achievement.
Government – Upholds the God-given constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens. Upholds the rule of law. Supports the police.

Democrat Party Position
Life –Supports Abortion, even after birth, & Physician Assisted Suicide.
Biological Sex – Self-determined gender and sexual orientation. You can mutilate your body to match your psychological perception of self.
Marriage – Marriage undefined. Seeks to dismantle the nuclear family & undermines parental rights. Promotes pornography & sexually perverse K-12 education.
Race – Attributes oppression & injustice to race. Assigns privilege or victim class based on skin color. Prioritizes equity – manufactured equal outcomes.
Government – No absolute right & wrong. Does not respect the God-given constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens. Does not uphold the rule of law. De-funds the police.
